A long-time Tempe local, Tina brings over 12 years of experience in group fitness and mindful movement, blending her deep knowledge of Pilates, yoga, and restorative practices with her love for community, creativity, and intentional living.
With certifications in Pilates Mat (2012) and years of experience teaching Zumba, stretching, yin yoga, and beyond, Tina’s classes are a reflection of her belief that movement is medicine and mindfulness is the anchor.
