Our group classes are a consistent practice of nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and remembering you don’t have to do life alone.

The foundation of our group classes

At The Healing Tree Collective, our classes are built around one core intention: nervous system regulation.

Because when your nervous system is supported, everything changes.. your mind gets quieter, your breath deepens, your body softens, your emotions become easier to meet, and you gain more capacity for your life.

This isn’t a space where you have to “perform wellness.” It’s a space where you get to be human.

Community is medicine

In group classes, something powerful happens: you breathe, move, and rest with other people and your nervous system feels the impact of shared calm.

This is called co-regulation… a deeply healing part of being in community.

Our 3-part class structure

1) Ground + Arrive

We transition you out of the day and into your body with breath cues, grounding, and intention.
The goal is safety, presence, and arrival.

2) The Practice

This is the heart of class — yoga, breathwork, sound healing, somatic movement, Reiki, or a blend.. designed to help you release tension and shift out of stress mode.

3) Integration

We make space for the nervous system to land… through rest, stillness, sound, and reflection.
Integration is what turns a class into a real reset.

Integration is where your body absorbs the work and where many people feel the deepest shift.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and come as you are.. even if you’re feeling nervous.
