At The Healing Tree Collective, our breathwork experiences are designed to help you shift out of survival mode and into
regulation, clarity, and calm. When the nervous system is supported, the mind gets quieter, the body softens,
and emotions become easier to meet.

We also make this clear: there are different styles of breathwork. Every nervous system is different…
and what you need today might not be what you need next month. Our goal is to guide you safely and respectfully while teaching you
tools you can use on your own outside the studio.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is intentional breathing that helps shift your state… mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Your breath is a direct line to your nervous system. When you change your breathing pattern,
you change what your body believes is happening.

Different styles, one intention

Not all breathwork is the same and that’s a good thing. Some practices are designed to downshift the nervous system gently.
Others help move stuck emotion and create release. Some teach functional tools you can use during daily stress.

No matter the style, our north star stays the same: nervous system regulation.
