Give Your Clients a Place to Practice Regulation Between Sessions
Give your clients a gentle, trauma-aware space to slow down, rest their nervous system, and integrate the work you’re already doing in therapy…
through sound, breath, movement, and community support at The Healing Tree Collective.

Partner with The Healing Tree Collective to add embodied, community-based nervous system care to your mental health practice…
in a way that supports your work, honors your scope, and doesn’t add to your emotional load.
We’re not a therapy clinic. We’re a nervous-system–friendly studio in Tempe where your clients (and you)
can practice rest, regulation, and embodiment between sessions.
This is why we built The Healing Tree Collective as a nervous-system support partner —
so your clients have a place to practice regulation between sessions, and so you have a trusted space
to refer to with integrity.
Your clients are navigating chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and nonstop information overload.
Many of them understand their patterns, but their bodies are still in survival mode… wired, exhausted, or shut down.
And you’re holding a lot, too:
Talk therapy is powerful. And at the same time, most clinicians know: insight alone isn’t always enough.
The nervous system has to come along for the journey.
The Healing Tree Collective is a nervous-system–focused studio and community space in Tempe, Arizona.
We offer gentle, trauma-aware experiences such as:
Gentle crystal bowls and calming instruments create a soothing soundscape where clients can rest and soften into safety.
Low-intensity, functional breathwork that teaches people how to calm anxiety, release tension, and gently regulate.
Soft, flowing movements that build balance, stability, and calm—moving energy without force.
Journaling + optional sharing to help clients feel heard, reduce isolation, and integrate experiences.
Accessible meditations for grounding, breath awareness, and present-moment safety.
Slow, beginner-friendly movement focused on sensing and feeling—no pressure to perform.
Consent-centered, hands-on or hands-off options that help clients feel supported, held, and deeply relaxed.
Step out of “go mode” and into a softer rhythm where their body finally has permission to rest.
Build awareness of sensation and emotion so they can respond to their needs with more care.
A calm, predictable environment that helps their system feel “here” instead of stuck in past/future.
Healing feels shared, not isolated—especially for stress, grief, burnout, and tender seasons.
Scope clarity:
We are not a therapy provider. We don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe—and we don’t replace the work you’re doing.
We create nervous-system–friendly environments where clients can practice rest, regulation, and embodiment between sessions,
with clear choice and consent.
You are the clinical anchor. Our role is to offer your clients a calm, nervous-system–friendly environment where they can slow down,
feel supported, and practice what safety, rest, and regulation actually feel like.
Gentle, predictable spaces through sound, breath, movement, and energy support.
We don’t interpret trauma or give clinical advice—we create conditions where the body can soften.
Clients return feeling more grounded, rested, and ready to go deeper in the work.
Designed for ease: clear options clients can follow between sessions—so they aren’t just “going to a random class.”
They’re stepping into a rhythm that matches what they’re working on in therapy.
For: anxiety, chronic stress, overwhelm, busy minds, difficulty relaxing.
For: caregivers, parents, helpers, high performers who feel overextended.
For: grief, loss, heartbreak, life transitions, tender seasons.
This isn’t just a referral list or a one-time event. Our Mental Health Partner Program is a living relationship designed to support your clients’ nervous systems,
your own well-being, and the wider community we serve.
Therapist-only evenings each month where you can exhale, soften, and be human—sound, meditation, gentle practices, quiet connection.
Opportunities for you to teach our team and/or the community (with fair compensation) on trauma-aware support, language, and client safety.
A partner-friendly space to host groups, client gatherings, or restorative workshops in a way that feels cohesive and aligned.
Thoughtful collaborations—podcast features, content clips, and shared storytelling that honors your work with care.
A trusted circle of therapists + a gentle embodied space for nervous-system support—an ecosystem of care, not a one-way pipeline.
Clear entry points clients can follow, plus class tags that help them find what they need (stress, grief, burnout, etc.).
If you’re a therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker, or mental health professional in the Valley, we’d love to work with you.
Let’s take the next step toward building a more supported ecosystem of care.
