At The Healing Tree Collective, our sound healing experiences are designed to help you slow down without effort. Sound works in a unique way: even when your mind is still busy, your body can begin to soften.

Many guests leave feeling like they finally got the kind of rest they’ve been needing.. not just sleep, but nervous system rest.
Our intention is always the same: support regulation, release tension, and help you return to yourself.

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic experience where you rest comfortably while sound and frequency move through the room.. often through instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other resonant tools.
You don’t have to do anything. You receive.

How sound supports the nervous system

When you’re stressed, your nervous system stays on alert. Sound gives your system something steady to orient to, helping your body downshift into rest and recovery.

Many guests experience sound healing as a quieter mind, slower breathing, and a softened body.. often described as “meditation for people who can’t meditate.”
