What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, energetic balance, and inner steadiness.
Many people experience it as a calming “reset”..  a space where the body can soften and the mind can quiet.

A brief background

Reiki was developed in Japan in the early 1900s and is now practiced around the world.
It’s simple, gentle, and accessible… you don’t need prior experience, and you don’t need a specific belief system
to receive the benefits of rest, regulation, and support.

Private 1:1 Reiki Sessions

Our 1:1 Private Sessions are personalized, nervous-system-supportive experiences designed for people who want
a more intimate setting and more individualized care than a group class.

How your session works

1) A short check-in

We begin with a brief check-in to understand what you’re carrying, what you’re needing,
and what you want to feel more of.

2) Reiki + supportive elements

From there, the facilitator guides the session through Reiki with supportive sound and aromatherapy
to help your body soften, receive, and settle.

3) Tailored to you

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.. whether you’re seeking deep rest,
emotional release, energetic balance, or nervous system support.
