It’s simple, gentle, and accessible… you don’t need prior experience, and you don’t need a specific belief system
to receive the benefits of rest, regulation, and support.
Our 1:1 Private Sessions are personalized, nervous-system-supportive experiences designed for people who want
a more intimate setting and more individualized care than a group class.
We begin with a brief check-in to understand what you’re carrying, what you’re needing,
and what you want to feel more of.
From there, the facilitator guides the session through Reiki with supportive sound and aromatherapy
to help your body soften, receive, and settle.
These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.. whether you’re seeking deep rest,
emotional release, energetic balance, or nervous system support.
