We begin with a brief check-in to understand what you’ve been carrying, what feels present for you, and what kind of support you’re needing from the session.
From there, your facilitator guides the session using Reiki, along with supportive sound and aromatherapy, to help your body relax, your system settle, and your energy gently realign.
Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs in the moment — whether you are seeking deep rest, emotional support, energetic balance, or a calmer, more regulated nervous system.
