The Healing Tree Collective • Community Policy
A clear guide to how we honor time, energy, commitment, and community inside The Healing Tree Collective.
At The Healing Tree Collective, every class, session, and experience is held with care and intention.
When you reserve a spot, we prepare for you. A practitioner prepares the space, your spot is held, and another guest may no longer be able to reserve that same experience.
These policies help us protect the integrity of the space, support our practitioners, keep our offerings sustainable, and continue creating accessible wellness experiences for the community.
We ask guests to book intentionally, cancel when needed, and honor the commitments they make to themselves and the space.
Every reserved spot impacts the practitioner, the room, and the other community members who may have wanted to attend.
Our policies help us continue offering affordable wellness support while honoring the energy, preparation, and care behind each experience.
This applies to all public classes offered at The Healing Tree Collective.
Guests must cancel at least 4 hours before class start time to avoid penalty.
If you cancel more than 4 hours before class:
A late cancellation occurs when a guest cancels within 4 hours of class start time.
A no-show occurs when a guest reserves a spot but does not attend and does not cancel.
Members may cancel within the 4-hour window without penalty.
However, members who reserve a spot and do not show up for class without canceling will be charged a:
This helps maintain accountability and protects the integrity of the booking system for the full community.
Non-members will not be charged an additional late cancellation or no-show fee.
However:
If a non-member reserves a class and does not attend, the credit used to reserve that class is considered used.
All sales at The Healing Tree Collective are final.
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for classes, memberships, workshops, events, private sessions, rentals, trainings, services, retail purchases, and all other purchases outlined during checkout or within waiver agreements.
Accessibility and affordability are deeply important to us.
We intentionally operate with low margins so we can continue offering wellness experiences at a price point that remains accessible to as many people as possible.
Processing refunds, absorbing transaction fees, holding unused reserved spots, and managing administrative costs tied to cancellations directly impacts our ability to sustain the space and continue serving the community in the way we are committed to.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to support guests in other ways whenever possible.
When eligible, purchases may be applied as a credit toward a future class, workshop, event, session, or wellness experience.
Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to one time only. Rescheduling depends on timing, availability, practitioner discretion, and the type of booking.
If you are unable to attend, you may gift your eligible credit to a friend, loved one, or another person in the community.
If you would like, our team can also gift your credit on your behalf to someone in the community who may truly benefit from the experience.
All sales are final. We kindly ask that guests do not initiate chargebacks for purchases, bookings, memberships, classes, services, events, or rentals that fall within our posted cancellation and no-refund policies.
Chargebacks create additional transaction fees, administrative strain, operational disruption, and financial harm for small businesses like ours. They also directly impact our ability to continue offering accessible pricing and community-centered care.
If you have concerns about a booking or purchase, please contact our team directly before reaching out to your bank or credit card provider.
We ask that you allow us the opportunity to support you through the options available within our policies, such as:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen.
Illness, family emergencies, and unforeseen life circumstances will always be approached with care and discretion.
If something unexpected occurs, we encourage you to contact our team directly as soon as possible. While exceptions cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to approach situations with empathy, communication, and understanding while still honoring the integrity of our policies.
If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel through the booking app or online system as soon as possible.
Canceling early helps:
Your cancellation will be processed without penalty and your credit will remain available when applicable.
Members may cancel within the 4-hour window without penalty. Non-members who cancel late will lose the class credit used to reserve the class.
Members who reserve a spot and do not show up without canceling will be charged a $7 no-show fee. Non-members will lose the class credit used to reserve the class.
